I followed the instructions to retrieve my password, but I haven't received an e-mail with a temporary password. Why?



If you didn't receive an email, it may be some of the following reasons:
 
  • You may have entered the incorrect e-mail address. If you have forgotten or no longer have access to the e-mail address you created your Jack'd account with, you cannot recover your account.
  • You deleted your Jack'd account.

  • The Jack'd Team deleted your account for violating the Jack’d Terms of Service.

  • Your e-mail provider blocks e-mails from team@jackd.mobi and support@jackd.mobi. Please add “team@jackd.mobi” and “support@jackd.mobi” to your “safe senders” list, and check your spam folder.

  • You have already requested a new password. You can only request a new password once in a 24-hour period.

  • You have disabled JavaScript in your web browser or on your mobile device
