I can't log-in with my e-mail and password. Why?

The reason may be one of the followings:

  • You may have entered an incorrect e-mail address or password. If you've forgotten your password, you may request a temporary password by following the link on the log-in page. After using the temporary password to log in, remember to change your password in the account section to something you will remember. However, if you have forgotten or no longer have access to the e-mail address you created your Jack'd account with, you cannot recover your account.
  • Your account doesn't exist anymore because you deleted it or you violated Jack'd Terms of Service.
  • You need to update to the latest version of Jack'd.
  • Jack'd servers may be temporarily unavailable. E-mail team@jackd.mobi for assistance.
